Yippee! May the 4th sales in playstation.

Super Star Wars, that game was absolute murder. Unrelenting.

Bounty Hunter, never got to play that at the time since I skipped PS2. Might get that.

Terror is on it. I did the same, everyone said we were mad but it turned out to be the best thing we did, except having a couple of kids. The marathon thing is what I try to tell people when they want to overcapitalise too. Now we can live comfortable, want for fa and at the same time piss off all those who've moved in to gentrify. No way will I tear down my 130+ yr home to match the other dog boxes. Luckily there's a few likeminded around us.

Anyway, Hedwig and the Angry Itch just came on sbs2.

Shadows of the Empire has finally been released on GOG, I tried to play it months ago with a copy I acquired on the high seas but it never worked.

hey whats something positive in the world right now
Did you know that ducks fly later and in darker conditions than other birds (around here anyway)? I spend a fair bit of time listening to all the birds around here. Right now in my (their) dam some ducks must have just flown in. I just went outside and could hear them all saying hello. The ducks are happy to see each other.

Awesome game, better story. Lucas admitted its a movie he would've made in the 80s but it ended up just being a big "test the waters" type project for interest in Star Wars. It was a hit, followed by the special editions and prequels, and Star Wars has been everywhere ever since, good and bad.

Hird must pay huge legal bill
FALLEN Essendon champion James Hird will have to pay a massive legal bill over the club’s drug saga.
Finally a winner

Speaking of old school kids characters

Oscar the Grouch was my favourite as a kid,

When I was universal studios looking to buy some Oscar merch for my son, nothing, absolutely nothing all Elmo big bird some nubs I have never heard of.

I haven't seen a Sesame street episode in like 30 years but have been forced to recently because my son is at that age, so I was looking forward to Oscar telling people to scram but nope they toned him down from a PG rating to a G

So heartbroken.
For some reason I never forgot this insightful message:

Although i am informed he has a wealthy benefactor and he wont be paying a cent himself.

Playing Super Star Wars on PS4 which I just bought.

Me: **** this game, it's damn near impossible. Definitely taking me back to those days sitting with my brother playing this on super nintendo learning all new kinds of curse words. ****ing arseh*le of a game it is. It's pissing me off all over again, piece of shit.

Missus: So you just paid to buy a game that you knew was going to anger you and you think is a piece of shit?

Me: ...

****, got me there.

I'm curious, what is the reasoning for those wanting to get a foot in the property ladder not simply buying a cheap place in that "undesirable" suburb, renting it out and negative gearing, and then actually renting a place where they want to live? You get great rental yields in discounted suburbs like Davoren anyway.

Assuming it's something to do with the satisfaction of living in a place that you own, but just curious..
