Anybody stereotyping dogs as attention seeking creatures have no idea. Yeah, they love it when they see you after not seeing you for a while, but then they go and do their own thing, just like cats. My 2 dogs have been very independent animals.

Less cat hate, more Party Hat Boone.

I had to get one for my disabled daughter...can I be exempt?

I knew that post was going to come back at me. I had no idea it would cut so deep.

Rubbish. Anyone who thinks this doesn't know how to cat. Cat's are beautiful and smart and communicative little creatures if you take the time to get to know them. My cat is a strong-willed, funny, loving, talkative, playful, dangerous and unique little individual. She's great.

I have a "pet theory" that the biggest difference between cats and dogs is that most humans find it easier to understand dogs. That's not the cats fault.
I agree cats are beautiful: they taste like chicken......

StuMan, I see you have played Alpha Protocol according to Steam, any good? I don't mind Obsidian.
It's good, but frustrating because it's clear that once again Obsidian bit off more than they could chew and couldn't finish the game before the publisher's (in this case Sega) deadline.

It's a fun game, but you get the feeling it could've been amazing. I've been meaning to play through it again actually.
The RPG stuff is great, but the stealth and action kind be annoying due to glitchiness and below average AI.

Despite all that, I had fun with it. Grab it during a Steam sale I say.

Cats are good at being some kind of animal. Dogs are fantastic at being mans best mate, and humor you in the best way possible. Isn't this why we have pets? Those sneaky, selfish felines are untrustworthy, no wonder dogs generally hate them.

Give me a happy dog with a wagging tail and sloppy tongue that greets you every day after work, even though you chastised him when your footy team lost, over a slint eyed, crazy looking miniature of a mountain lion that would rip your guts out if it could ( and piss in the air vents of your car )..........anyday :p

Cats are ****ing amazing.. not gonna lie there are some real campaigners out there but same goes for dogs. Had our cat for 16 years now from the RSPCA, little trooper, has gone through cancer and survived but is unfortunately on the decline. Has so many characteristics, you call his name and within seconds he will come meowing, waits out the front gate till i'm home, has to be the last one in at night, the lil man even takes on dogs twice his size. I feel a genuine connection with him, will break my heart the day he goes.:catface::catface:

Just watching Alaskan Bush People. The two boys desperately need to shoot a deer, and quietly stalk around in camouflage gear, ninja style to nail this deer. Doesn't explain the noisy camera crew in tow that have no idea about hunting and would sound like an earthquake coming to a deer

Our cat Whiskey scratched my face when I was six, leaving me with a scar on my right cheek.

When I was eight, he ate my budgie Shamus.

We moved house when I was ten and Mum told me to get Whiskey from the backyard and put him in the car.

Said I couldn't find him. He was near the shed.

And as we drove away from our old house, I saw him, through the back windscreen, in our front yard.

GAGF Whiskey, you campaigner cat...

Budgies........the bird world equivalent to dogs. We had a budgie called Cooper. He was amazing. Let him out of his cage and he would fly around and then sit on your shoulder, and stick his little birdy tongue in your mouth to share beer with you. Not hygienic by any means but good fun. Then when he needed a shit he would fly back in his cage and do his business, then fly out again. I was never one for keeping birds in cages 24/7 its cruel. Cooper had the flight path of the house. Legend bird that one.
