I have memories of watching Deal or No Deal at the time during that 5-6 period but I would have been flicking the channel over

Might've been the news, lol.
I'm sinking.

MASH sucks.

Pink is worse than Nickelback. She is the worst music making person ever to exist.

That song has all the artistic integrity of Jeremy's '**** you, Bush' poem from Peep Show.

Jez's girlfriends were soooooooooooooo babeing. Not as confusing as Costanza snagging some very attractive women but still. You can see why Johnson wanted a piece. 530 pounds.

Does anyone know much about Metabox laptops? Best bang for buck I can find online, just never heard of the brand before.

They're a brand named Clevo, also commonly marketed as Sager. Metabox is another (Australian-made) variation. Clevo make what are known as "barebones" laptops - just the laptop shell and motherboard. These other companies purchase the shells and fit them out with their own variations of CPU, RAM, storage and case customisations. Usually these are user-serviceable parts - no soldering of the RAM to the board like e.g. the MacBook Pro.

Been looking at the 15" Prime-X with the desktop CPU as a desktop replacement. As you say, good value spec-wise compared to a brand like Dell or HP, but I'm concerned about the noise and life expectancy, and it's difficult to find feedback from owners. Anyone can assemble a PC from parts, but if it's not well designed for heat dispersion etc, the mobo might give up early and you've blown your investment.

From what I've read:
keyboard - average
basic screen (i.e. 1920x1080) quality - average
weight - heavy
battery life (with desktop CPU) - poor
build quality - quite good
aesthetics - OK
performance - very good
noise - loud (fans) when stretching high-end GPU's; OK otherwise

Top four aren't really a concern for me as I wouldn't be taking it on the road very often, but everyone looks for different things...

Sing me a song karoke king

I!
Don't wanna know your name!
Cause you don't look the same!
The way you did beeeefoooore-oooore-oooore!

Okay! okay!
So you got a pretty face!
But the rest of you is out of place!
You looked alright before-ore-ore-ore-ore!

Foooooooox, on the run!

My mate has his custom build around here at the moment, it's bigger and heavier than a woman's travel bag on a week away.

I've been out of the PC game for a while, I thought things were getting smaller + lighter?

Why is it when i see Pink on wires flying around a stadium I wish I was in the crowd with a sniper rifle
I'd agree with that. Really brainwashes the suburban female masses the world over that they y'all got Girl Power - just as long as they buy her records and be an individual like every other one of them and get an edgy tatt. I admire her for that though, I'm a cynic and admire all those who dupe the great unwashed into parting with their hard earned, whilst being worshiped by said unwashed as an icon speaking out against those exploiting said unwashed masses. Inception level artistry.

Hey everyone. Haven't been here in a while. I went to Switzerland to watch the UEFA Europa League Final, then traveled around the country for a week, came back to Brazil and traveled again to a city nearby. Only got back to Rio last night and back to work today (feeling quite depressed in doing so, after such great two weeks off!). I've missed Port's last few games but have followed the results. Will catch up on everything when I have a little bit more of time, and watch the replays.

I'm replaying DX:HR mainly to refresh on the story, thanks to that live action trailer for Mankind Divided getting me all hyped.

The kind of cool thing about the Director's Cut version is it has a New Game+ mode. All your Augs and Praxis Points carry over from your completed game.
It takes any challenge out of the first half of the game which normally would suck, but it's helpful since I'm more interested in the story right now.

Besides, I've played through this game so many times, there is no challenge anymore, really (sad, I know).

I wanted to watch that Bogan show..but the wife wouldn't have it. Q&A is so shit.

Steve Ciobo sounded like the only one who went to school for more than the bus ride.

I had to turn off. Jacquie Lambie referred to herself in the 3rd person twice in the first 10 minutes. Nick Xenophon talking about his "hot" $99 suit. The Labor woman embarrassing herself. And Richard Di Natale somehow turning everyone against him in the first quarter hour.

What an awful show.

Post trip blues can be brutal but a Ports win certainly helps soften the blow! :thumbsu:

What a guy. Wasn't this the reason Trapper and Henry left the show, because it was basically the Alan Alda show? Ah whatever, Trapper wasn't that great on screen. Much more personality in the book.
Apparently so, the role was pitched to Wayne Rogers as an equal to Hawkeye but when it became the Alan Alda show he got jack of it and left.

The earlier episodes are certainly closer to the movie and therefore the book. In the first series Radar is sneaky and reasonably worldly. He drinks Henry Blake's Scotch, smokes his cigars and sells tickets to the peep hole in the nurses showers but in later series in morphs into a completely naive farm boy.

A strong memory from my teenage years is the whole family sitting around the TV on a Sunday night to watch the latest episode of MASH. I have the complete 10 series on DVD yet still often watch the endless reruns at 6:30pm week nights. :$

Hmm... could be time for a replay. My last replay i spent most of the time hacking into rooms and computers.

Standing at city bus stop. Earphones in, Not Giving In comes on.
Comes to the game day clapping part and I look over and this Sheila starts clapping in tune. I take my earphones out and no loudspeaker, it's just in my ears. Actual so creepy.
