There you have it. Now even cancer can be turned to AC/DC

I used to work at UniSA as a gardener. When I started there it was part of the SACAE before getting university status in 1992. It's always been considered a bit of a poor man's university so I guess studies into the medicinal effects of AC/DC songs is about their level.

That courtside interviewer is awful! Hahaha
Better than most of ours. Too much context though, she should have kept the questions as short as possible. LeBron knows the weight of his achievement, don't explain it to him.

It was odd. She couldn't have been more of an automaton if she tried. It was as if she was processing data and spitting out words.

Massive. Cleveland and Leicester. A great few months for sport. LBJ and Kyrie and a few inconsistent stars vs a stacked team with the greatest home and away record. Just unbelievable.

Golden State ain't no Jordan led Bulls team or Magic led Lakers team, or even a Bird led Celtics team...but I'm glad that LeBron did what he wanted to do and brought a championship to his home town without needing much in the way of regular support. He deserves to be known as King James now and no one could say otherwise.

This is such a weird vibe.

They go there the next NBA season and have to remember on the centre of their court there was the celebration for the cavs, lol.

Where's the goddamn Kyrie Irving interview?

Still can't get my head around Steph's behind the back outta bounds.

Regular season blowout shit...

Carn. Doris Burke is a class act.
Doris Burke is great you dumb ****s

She's on a packed stage, surrounded by people, massive noise, with a producer pissing in her earpiece, all with millions of eyeballs watching her live as she's trying to strike a balance between letting LeBron compose himself and nailing the sheer gravity of the interview to the usual time constraints.

F*ck it.

She should've picked up that autistic-lookin' bespectacled kid and played him like an improv guitar while James just went full stream-of-consciousness on his own.

Curry had to, he's the best shooter in history. Irving did the same thing but just executed better.

LeBron was ******* amazing all series.

The last 5 games Is right up there with best individual sporting performances I have seen. I know basketball is more conducive to individual performances but even across most sports that was huge.

To come back from 3-1 down against the winningest team in basketball history with 3 absolutely dominant individual performances has done a ****ing shitload for LeBron's legacy. Just incredible. He's all over the goat conversation now. Not even Jordan is head and shoulders above him.

Hey RussellEbertHandball I watched that blue murder mini-series it was very good you were right but I counted about 5 boom mic scenes.

Nothing like 90s ABC production values :thumbsu:
Go back and have a look at the actors names and do a bit of research and see how many of them use it as a launching pad to a decent or stellar acting career. It was classic ABC taking a risk with young unknown actors and producing gold. I reckon only Bill Hunter was an established name in that production.

I was thinking about this.

Jordan v Lebron for the Goat

gee its close but in my Heart Jordan just but wouldn't argue with anyone who says otherwise.

Kobe on the other hand ....pfft.

Gary Sweet (Police Rescue), Peter Phelps (Sons and Daughters) and Alex Dimitriades (Heartbreak High) were hardly unknown in 1995.

Richard Roxburgh was probably the unknown whose career benefited most.

When LeBron hits 38 points coming off his sickbed with the flu to win Game 5 of a finals series that would deliver a sixth championship...you can talk about how he's "all over the goat conversation now".

Six finals series - six championships - six finals MVPs.

Any of the Bulls championship teams would have destroyed both Golden State and Cleveland using modern rules. You know, back when the centre could just stand in the paint and block the lane without having to worry about getting a defensive three second violation (which was introduced in 2001-2002), which would allow zone defences better spread and coverage and shooters like Curry wouldn't get off as many threes as they do today.

Not even head and shoulders...pfffft.
