I'm not a Brit, without really knowing why I find myself really invested in Remain. It seems an extremely risky thing to change on the basis of "ermagherd sterp the berts", and an important project for all of humanity, not that I could claim any real understanding of the pros and cons. You seem to be pro EU.

Are you strongly pro independence for Wales? I'd be interested to know whether that's a strong feeling amongst the Welsh and if it's likely to happen.
It's a 50/50 split for independence in Wales, too many are of English descent or so scared of their own shadow they will just do what the English do.
A century of Tories pitting the Welsh against each other over everything from language to coal has ensured that. Just as well the Scots are finally waking up.

I am pro self determination for Wales, yes.

I wonder what the result will be either way. The voting is so close that there will be ALOT of upset people with either result.
It looks like leave (which is pretty meaningless) with Scotland overwhelmingly voting to remain, we shall see another independence referendum, Scotland place in the UK is now untenable.

Waiting on London numbers before it can be called. They will be remain but it depends on how strongly.
Low turnout in London due to the weather, its going to be tight!

Though the government can just ignore the results, it's not binding at all.

a 450k lead is by no means unassailable with the strong results for bremain likely in London. I'm still backing bremain to get up, but I want badly for brexit.
Why? There is no economic argument, there is no border argument, there is only a perceived racial argument.

I'm not even kidding, I just want it for the intrigue.

Given the bipartisan support for bremain, it will be interesting to see what they do.

I'm with you on that one, I love a constitutional crisis me!

That and the fact brexit will cause markets to stoop lower, presenting good buying opportunities and easy profits once the fear passes ;)

What's with movie trailers these days I saw the one for the new Indepenence Day sequel last night & although it's not really my sort of film I felt I saw the crux of film in the trailer so I'll probably never bother with it even in the height of boredom.

Get back to 1 minute teaser trailers you numpties, fair dinkum it's like they condense the whole film in 3 minutes these days.

Trailers are awful.

Any sort of new movie in an old franchise, will have the main music played in a sombre rendition on a single piano. Star Wars, Jurassic World, Ghostbusters, Independence Day... trailers are so shit, cliche, by the numbers right now. It's like all the studios outsource their production to the same mob.

Ghosts of William Wallace past.
Seeing as though most Leave supporters were the most vocal in convincing Scotland to say as part of the UK, it will be hilarious if that costs them the campaign!

Labor in the UK needed to put aside their dislike of the Tories and campaigned more strongly. They have the most to lose. A leave will cost Cameron, but with Boris in the wings not the party. If Scotland goes, with all its U.K. labor voters they'll be pushing shit uphill to win UK (or just English if everyone bails) elections going forward.

The only reason the Tories risked it was because Labour are piss weak at the moment. Labour couldn't do a thing here as the anti capitalist side want to leave and they never have a part in English nationalism (which is what this vote is all about).
This will shore up the Tories and hopefully allow Scotland to break off. It's a fantastic political manoeuvre, but a costly one for British society as it has turned people against each other BIG TIME.

That seems strange to me. If you want out of the U.K. why would you want to remain in another body that limits your right to make all the laws you want?
We can be a part of an organisation who treats us as equals and will allow us freedom to have our own identity in a democratic manner and safeguards the uniqueness of the regions.

Or we can remain slaves to Westminster, Tories, monarchy and the House of Lords and treated like the shit on their shoe disparaging our culture, whilst they funnel investment out of Wales into the south east.

It's like being Port Magpies at Ethelton atm, we should be at Alberton.
