That judges is useless. There should be an appeal by the prosecution.

Minimum sentence for murder is 15 years. She then says there were extenuating circumstances. Isn't that called manslughter? She took 90 minutes to read her verdict.

I don't know if she is an ANC lackie appointment or she made a judgement so when it's black on white murder she has an out because it was white on white but this is a rubbish sentence. She was the original judge who gave him the manslughter verdict. That probably heavily influences her judgement.

Manslaughter would still be incorrect. He meant to shoot someone and with a good probability he would kill them. Saying "oops didn't know it was her!" doesn't make it unintentional. Riddick.

Janus I managed to get the laptop running again but it's still doing a repair every boot & taking about 5 minutes plus to load up windows 10, once it gets there it seems to work fine but I ran seatools on the hdd & it's failing the ShortDST test which according to every geek pc forum means it's about to fritz.

Weird how it seems ok once it finally boots though I guess I'll just backup the data i wanna save to an external & buy a replacement hdd before it dies.
