I'm young, I carry my entire life in my backback to work from my gym clothes, meals, drink bottles etc. to my giant dragon dildo.

Backpack is definitely the way to go. I've never owned a suitcase for work and not getting one now. Backpack multitasks for note book or anything else for meetings, without being useless like a suitcase for drinks, clothes etc. I'll suffer a tie if I'm meeting with someone high enough up the food chain, but that's where I draw the line.
