They should've left Wayward Pines as a one-off series
That started back up? They should've left it without the last two minutes of the last episode.

In fact, it was incredible TV until the twist was revealed. Then...

I trudged as far as s2 Ep.3 it's just awful, life's too short when the ceiling seems more interesting.

This fascinating story gives the opportunity to post these gratuitous pictures of these 3 very attractive Estonian identical triplets who will all be running the marathon. All 3 have run in the low 2hrs 40 minutes or high 2 30's and the qualifying standard is 2hrs 45. Just remember the 3 L's or the 3 double L's form Estonia.

Leila, Liina and Lily Luik from Estonia will make Olympic history when they cross the start line for the women’s marathon in Rio. Twins competing in the same event is not uncommon at the Olympic level. But the Luiks are believed to be the first identical triplets to compete against each other. The 30-year-old sisters, from the southern university town of Tartu, only took up serious distance running when they were 24.

“We have been active since childhood, we love dancing, we love to be active and this pushed us to professional sports,” Lily said. Liina, who got the sisters to start running, said long distances appealed to them more than the technical nature of sprinting. After a couple of years, they realised they were good enough to compete internationally and decided to try for the Games, under the slogan “Trio to Rio”.

Straight Out Compton is much live The Rocky Horror Picture Show in that it's really enjoyable for the most part but by hell it got boring towards the end.

3 1/2 outta what? On the standard 5 that's good, but using the Roger Ebert system, incredibly impressive

Never forget Old Ebo's review of Wolf Creek... Pretty soft for an Ebert lel

Their faces look like something you can buy at a Japanese tech store.
Have you seen that Swedish series - was on SBS last year - I think it was called Hubot about robots who were very human like and a few rogue ones wanted to take over from humans?. They look a bit like one of the females on the show.

What did he give it? Did he like it?

"I had a hard time watching "Wolf Creek." It is a film with one clear purpose: To establish the commercial credentials of its director by showing his skill at depicting the brutal tracking, torture and mutilation of screaming young women. When the killer severs the spine of one of his victims and calls her "a head on a stick," I wanted to walk out of the theater and keep on walking"

Wow... seems extreme.

It's almost like he'd never seen a horror film, seemed to shake a few up the first Wolf Creek.. the first shed torture scene did have an authenticity to it but it never "crossed any lines" for me.

Then he was telling me the story of how a patient who was brought in by the police - calm, completely lucid and very normal kept saying how he knew he stuffed up and that he was sorry but he really didn't belong in there. Next thing that happened, a nurse gives him an injection and suddenly he can't even talk and drool is coming out of his mouth.

Picture that for a moment - being trapped inside a mental ward and inside your own head...knowing that you didn't belong there but not having the capability to express yourself to anyone who could do anything about it.

It's when you truly consider that that you understand how someone could hang themselves by their IV cord...which is another thing that he witnessed.

The world is stuffed. There is bad shit going on that you wouldn't even have the capacity to fully comprehend, which is why we desensitise ourselves to it.

God left this place a long time ago.

Has your friend read much Ken Kesey?

TELEVISION veteran Kerri-Anne Kennerley has come out in support of embattled TV presenter Sonia Kruger, publicly offering her words of advice.

“Stay brave” was Kennerley’s message to Kruger, who has weathered an intense public backlash after calling for a ban on Muslim migration to Australia during an episode of Today Extra last week.
