Just because you don't have to complete the census on the actual census night doesn't mean you shouldn't be able to if that is what you planned to do.

Why even advertise it as "Census Night" how about "Census Week" I mean sure the majority of people will still do it on the first and last days but that's already halving the load AND there's 5 days between that to divide it more. Ridiculous, particularly as you don't even actually have to do it on the "census night".

England losing on penalties is not even a meme, it is an expectation and to do so regularly is EXACTLY choking.
