The first time I tasted Coopers Sparkling Ale
Was in Scotland 2014 at a place called Sterling. One night popped around the corner to an off licence and lo n behold
stubbies of Coopers Sparkling are on the shelf. Wow :) I say to the guy "made in the state I come from".
He says "aye canna git ee nuf o that wee drrop"
Let me guess m8 5.8% alcohol
"aye an it taastes goot too"
Don't s'pose Coopers need more sales but seriously they could ship tankers of the stuff to Scotland.

Which one? I liked their Hop Thief the first couple of series, but the most recent one I had (some time in the last couple of years) didn't impress me. They've now made Hop Thief one of their core range, so if it stays like the last one I tried I reckon I'll give it a miss. Feral Brewing's Hop Hog - now that's a beer for hop heads.

Really??? i tried a James Squire and it was the most foulest liquid death i had ever tasted, not too sure if i had a dodgy bottle but it was truly disgusting.
Odd! I've tried most of their range and have pretty well liked all of them. Their Golden Ale and the Pilsner are excellent. The new Hop Thief is pretty good too

Belgium knocks out some very very good beers. In Amsterdam had a Heineken and said to the waiter got anything
with taste and a bit of kick. Served me these Belgium beers iirc about 7/8% full bodied brews that were bloody good.
Can't remember the names of the 2 types he brought me. I was in a confused but happy state at the time.
Felt like I had conquered gravity if ya know what I mean.

tribey Macca19 This is always the response i get when i say that the one James Squire beer i have tasted, tasted like arse.

I suppose to reiterate my story, i tried it at a mates house, i think his fridge was on the fritz at the time so it might of warmed up and then re-chilled without him knowing, there was a bit on condensation on the bottle but it was cold.

Pale Ales get skunked when they are chilled, left to warm and re-chilled.

I went to a pub in England years ago and fancied a Guinness after a long country walk. They didn't have it on tap, so the bartender took a bottle from the shelf behind the bar and opened it. That was a culture shock to a young Aussie lad, but it was still drinkable in that climate :D
