Rebuild plan:

Trade
Kreuzer - would only trade for a good price, very early draft pick but very very unlikely to get it. Bug guys who don't mark it just aren't players who influence matches. Body is ordinary. Probably worth keeping seeing he has no trade value, time to trade has past.

Agree with everything except trading Kreuz, not in a million years. We lack real goers on the playing list, not to mention a decent ruck who can put in repeated efforts. When everything was going right for the kid he decided to knock back a big offer from GWS and stay loyal to the club. Now that his body is struggling and we are also, it sets an ugly precedent to shop him around. Stick by Kreuz, he'll make it, need to **** Warnock off and make Kreuz the #1 ruck with someone like Casboult as backup.

They aren't Judd and capable of carrying a poor team, they are just good honest players in a terrible situation/environment who would be stars in a top team with a strong midfield, it's not their fault that we haven't drafted a good midfielder since 2006 and hence have failed to bring in players who can share the load and win games.

All the work left to far too few. No depth, no top level talent.

Only ourselves to blame.

How many years have I been saying our midfield is no good and alarm bells should be ringing. It's finally happened.

Gotta dig ourselves out of this.

Looking at his numbers he doesn't post all that regularly, so is probably one of those who mostly could enjoy big footy for a week without even logging in... Even if someone like that wanted to post, unfortunately there's no real way to stop it.

Fwiw I think as bad as it seemed today, mick taking a strong stance will benefit the blues in the long term....as others have mentioned, Waite and a few others have been over paid and under delivering for too long.

Shame on mick for originally over stating where this list is at, but kudos to mick for acting strongly once he realised the issues at hand.
