If they make them kick the bricks from 50 the show would be a winner.Enjoyed that first episode. What interested me as a Port supporter was them running from Etihad to the MCG with bricks, gives me an idea of what Darren Burgess may be doing with our players to get them so fit.

Yep. I'm from up that way as well, and I've been inside Dhurringile(no, not as an inmate).Really? Tatura is my old hometown.
Dhurringile is basically a big house with a few buildings around it.
The local cows have better security keeping them in their paddocks.
That intraclub game was filmed after the top 12 was selected. There is strong word of who the winner already is.
Does anyone know if FOX8 will be upload this onto their website? Or if it will be available to watch online in the next few days?
Considering it's reality TV not a shock they'd manipulate this with editing, but wow that's... odd.
So what purpose was the game for then, to give everyone a run around/bit of AFL exposure?
Stupid me, I turned on at 7:30... (its on at 7 in SA). number 70 looked good.

Not the one they showed tonight obviously, so which game are you talking about? That intraclub game was filmed after the top 12 was selected. There is strong word of who the winner already is.

Why wasn't it?
Yeah it was ok. Geez you can see why Michael Voss didn't make it as a coach. His rev ups were pretty uninspiringDidn't mind it, should be an interesting watch over the next few weeks.
That's why Don Draper 's story makes no sense, that intraclub was played before the final 12 were pickedDoesn't explain DJs injury though. They couldn't predict the future and that was mentioned multiple times while picking the 12... then he injured it in the game.

A guy did his calf. Then when they went from 20 down to the final 12 they picked 11 and then picked 2 together including the guy with the calf injury. Another guy had his arm bandaged in the back of the group as well.Just going off what I was told. Didn't watch much of the show, what was this injury that occurred?
Was a monty to get picked for the final 12 (well, 13 now), but did a calf in the practice game and was very close to not making it through.Just going off what I was told. Didn't watch much of the show, what was this injury that occurred?

They very well could've fudged that game but it wouldn't make much sense to me. I would've thought they filmed that game when they had the final 50 to cut down to 12 and done it properly instead of fudging the game at a later time. If you were part of the 40 who didn't make the cut you wouldn't be too happy turning up to Vic Park on a cold wet day to film a match that now didn't count for anything.
Sometimes Occam's Razor needs to be applied.Yeah magic of filming and editing. Could very well have happened. Take a look at the footage of them being dragged off and told it was over, minimal devastation shown. I stand by original claim. He could have easily injured his calf between filming and needed it to be staged as an injury.
