I highly doubt that, especially if you're not a swimmer. Developing a correct diving technique takes a lot of practice, it's not as easy as people who swim regularly make it look.
You highly doubt that I could dive better than people that can't dive either?

You would be equally as bad, I'll give you that
Because of course you have seen me before so can make that assumption...

If you stood behind someone and pushed them into the pool they would enter the water more gracefully than a few of the guys did

Next week is the 'SANFL Showdown' practice match that was played after the Adelaide v Gold Coast match in June.

I was there and watched the first 'half' of the game. Wish I knew who I was looking out for, all I remember is the 'Port' team getting smashed and big Gus getting a few goals.

My recording of this episode cut out at the end, who got delisted?

Yoey and Bradie will be in the final 2. Thinking Maxy to round out the 3.

Gossy bloody stiff. Physically came a long way. Impressive effort with skin folds. Think he's a smoky to get rookied. 23 yrs old with plenty of upside and the penny seems to have dropped with him.

Alright thanks, that sucks I thought he was a decent player (Not that you see much football on this show..). Hoping Johan wins it all.

Yeah, so was I. Now all those extra camera men around the ground make sense.

Gossy unfortunately. Shin splints, bloody unlucky to get booted out because of injury.

The Irish guy should have saved gossy, since they would have to delist him next week.

Yep, when this didn't happen it made it even more obvious the show is set up. The captain would have been advised he couldn't save Gossy. At the end of the day, the Irish guy won the captains challenge in a week where being saved wasn't necessary as Gossy had to go.

They didn't even make the delisting half interesting. Gossy said he couldn't run for a month and from there the coach had no other option.

yoey will win easily , not a big fan of the midfielders like chris and semmel they seem stock standard don't really have any special attributes , i wouldn't be surprised to see maxwell and bradie also get a rookie spot chance since they are pretty new to the game

So because Moreland broke a curfew, that excludes him from having an opinion?

Please.

I'm a smart mouth so if he had said it to me I would have reminded him that I wasn't drinking like he was, flew two cross country plane flights and still beat him in the AIS testing.

Captain's challenge was setup for Padraig to win it... lol

I think that's a long bow. Didn't he say he'd never done any rowing (which he won), maybe could have been expected to go well in the swimming (didn't win) and no reason to think he'd be especially good or bad at the boxing (unless we're thinking he got the softest opponent for that in Foster...not sure who else he could have been matched up on)...he didn't look like he had much technique there; most of the fights degenerated into slapfests, really. I reckon he won that on his own merits.

I thought it was a very boring episode overall though. Probably the worst of the series.

I was the opposite and thought it was a perfect episode to have to see how far the boys have come from their initial fitness tests.
Going to AIS, gives them an experience on what an elite sports facilities looks like.
And the army challenge obviously fits rights with teamwork and leadership skills you need to play AFL.

there needed to be more on how the boys had improved. We didn't see if the vertical jump improved much etc.

Was great to see them go to the AIS, do some fitness testing, do the rowing challenge then.......
- Another stupid swimming challenge when it's obviously these dudes can't swim
- A boxing challenge that wasn't even fair! Should've at least made the top 2 fight each other, or have them all fight an instructor or similar arm reach and see who got the best score
