There is this whole "Only one will be the recruit" line but I am sure I have heard Fitzy say in interviews that he thinks more than one could get picked up.

Bradie doesn't have enough technical ability to ruck, couldn't really imagine him battling it out with a Cox or Goldstein type. Sure he has the size and strength but can't see him putting it down a midfielders throat like the best do.
If recruiters do think it can be taught then he may well get picked up even if Yoey wins (which he should).

Honestly it's all a bit silly making statements about any of the players, most of us have seen what amounts to less than a highlights package of each of them.

Most supporters watch their clubs draftees on YouTube every year and like what they see from a small 2-3 minute clip. Can't see how it's different here.

Semmel is far too arrogant for a Bloke who is 26 years old and doesn't have many strings to his bow.
Bradie must of beaten Pradraig in the match for him to get selected. They were never going to take 2 ruckman

Heres my take and I have no idea , only watched end of tonights episode, and previous episodes
Some guys might be let go as picked anyway.
I have no idea how these guys are really in terms of footy prowess , measurements etc.. so can only do comparisons.
Padraig might have been let go cause he might get picked up anyway as a rookie or whatever.
Maxwell don't know enough about. He still might get a chance, bearing in mind I have no idea from the show how good they actually are!
My gut feel Semmell to old not enough progress...
Last 3 might be close enough even though one winner.

Josh Jenkins, Stef Martin, Dean Brogan, Mark Blicavs, Ivan Maric's cousin named Ivan.
AFL clubs have shown multiple times they'll take a chance on a big guy with genuine athleticism. In that regard he's the safe pick of the top 3 and of the competition. If you are 205cm and have the athleticism to chase around smaller guys you are in with a shot.
Think Wagner wins, but from the start if none of the footballers were good enough Bradie was always there to take a chance on.

What they didnt show on TV was Angus Graham carve up Bradie in the Ruck and also around the ground.
Johan was a class above the others. He is quick. Bear in mind he was good enough before this to get a contract with Central Districts in the SANFL. Something he had to forgoe to stay eligible. The Crows side had some AFL listed players in it and he did not look out of place.

How did Moreland look in that game?
That can't be good if Foster is getting beaten by Angus Graham.
Can't recall Morlo, did not stand out at all. Bradie stood out as he is quite big and his hair.
Only recall Johan after watching tonight and remembering his pace and he did not look out of place. Had no idea who he was when watching.
Game was boring so I left.
Had a mate who actually played for the Crows reserves that day. Didn't remember a heap, but thought Bradie stood out because of his height and movement around the ground.
I only caught a glimpse of the game footage tonight. What showdown was it at? And did they play before or after the showdown? Was hard to tell.

Was it? Padraig made it look pretty easy, but going in, I thought if anyone had an advantage in that contest due to his body shape, it was Semmel.

Say what you want about Graham, but whoever wins the spot would be doing pretty well to match his career in the AFL (8 years on a list and just shy of 50 senior games).
