I'd prefer to watch the replay of last weekends collingwood v essendon game to be honest
Entertaining if not a little unrealistic, how Waylon even got past the first cut was beyond me, his fitness levels are shocking.
Will watch it though, interesting to see if more than just the winner gets picked up in the September draft/bidding process.
Not exactly guaranteed, they will be given a spot as a "category B" rookie, which is the same as an international rookie.I am pretty sure that the Winner is Guaranteed a Spot on a AFL List

The process for the draft that will be held in the week leading up to the prelim is that all 18 clubs will attend a meeting and if there is one or more players that seem "draftable" a bidding auction will take place. No word yet on how this bidding works but this will be an official AFL draft.
This explains it better;

Thanks.
I think the Winner is already Known
I enjoyed it, that run from Etihad to the MCG with bricks was intriguing to me as a Port supporter because it gave me an idea of some of the things Darren Burgess may have done with our players over the pre-season.
Sad to see some kids already denied their chance so early on.

he was good for a bloke that has not played much footy.Out of Waylon and the rookie ruckman convert from basketball.
I'll tip the basketballer
If that sports psychologist (read token woman) had said "mindset" one more time I would have puked...

Yes indeed!The word 'elite' was more overused for mine!
Not Really Interested in it. Seeing the Ad them doing Bungy Jumping at Ethihad Turned me off it a bit
bungee jumping off Etihad made you not watch it.
