Everybody thinks the MRO and MRP are incompetent or openly corrupt, until it comes to DGQC then it’s suddenly he’s no good because we rarely win.

I really dislike Gleeson, but in fairness he's always the bad guy in these things so I'm sure that's a little unfair.
