If I see ur Avatar again I will PUKEEEEE.

This is a good call. I’ve been having trouble looking at it myself. Might revert back to the tried and tested angry/confused Dew

The app i use (weatherzone) uses BOM allegedly. It says 40-80mm! That would be on a par with last year. At least, surely! we would have learned our lesson about risky kicks / letting the cats out the back for cheap goals.

I have players say wet games are easier on the legs as there is much less end to end running, so might not be a bad game for us to be wet given the taxing game on sunday

Big game next week. I’m confident that we won’t go in with the same mentality against the Cats as it seemed we did yesterday, but then also mindful that yesterday would’ve taken a shitload out of us, given the heat.

I expect Kai to come back Bruce probably dropping out.

We are missing Charlie a bit so hopefully he comes back too. If so, McLachlan drops out although his debut was solid enough with a couple of goals.

Day wasn’t great but I’d probably give him til Gather Round, with the expectation the other two are back and have had a couple of games together as a forward line by then. If Day is still not producing a whole heap, I’d give Henry a shot in that role.
Henry was poor in the Twos. Was easily put out of rucking contests by Port’s SECOND ruck

All sorts of permutations re Cats this week for 3 of their most important players:

Bailey Smith - Scott said would likely play, club now saying test. Could be ultra cautious?
Stewart - scan clear, they are saying he might play this weekend, would seem unlikely but who knows
Jeremy Cameron - had some calf tightness during the saints game.

Looks very much like a monsoon trough dip in the forecast. I've seen these forecast, then not get as far south as thought.

But yeah, looks pretty wet as it stands now. Moisture streams converging over us from two directions. Not to worry anyone, but this is similar to the setup that delivered the 2011 floods.

I didn't see the match so have no idea. In the stats for HO I can see Fort had 37, then the other team A.Kuol Man had 24, T Hofert 20, J.Miller 4, then our boy T.Gallop and Darcy Gardner even had 1. Henry Smith had just the 1 HO, 6 disposals total, 3 kicks, 3 handballs to be the very last player on the list.

Was he the medical sub or was he just pushed out that much?

Seems tge weather gods do not want w lions cats game.

Can we both take 2 points and move on without playing?
