The proliferation of threads is a bit troubling, but I want to comment on the Fas thing. Watching him hit the ground like that made me sick. I was pissed off as well because his marking attempt seemed unrealistic, because I thought it was a contest where he would have been better off front and centre of the pack (rather than trying to fly over the top of it), but this was quickly overridden by the potential horror. Thank f*** he's okay.

It was horrible watching him roll around on the ground holding his neck. Although it's good I guess because he wasn't paralysed I was thinking stop mate, if you just stuffed your neck you are making it worse! Just stay still.

He was really high up and straight down on his head, it's a miracle he was alright. I was stunned they didn't stretcher him off.

3) Decent debut by Treloar
4) Thought Greenwood was not bad
5) Thought Moore presented well and tried hard - early sign that he might avoid second year blues.

I'm not usually a fan, but agree he was really solid defensively.

I thought Frost was ok, especially given he was playing on a switched on Buddy. As the night went on, the weight of supply and complete lack of pressure from our mids saw him get overwhelmed. But I think others disgraced themselves far more than Jack. (is that a positive?)

Everyone is really pleased with the promise we showed, but wish we'd gotten a bit more out of Treloar.

To be fair we probably have heightened expectations of our recruits as a supporter base after the roaring success of Russell, S Buckley, Corrie and Wood.

I just can't see what Treloar offers to us in our bid to win our third wooden spoon.
