Dearest Roys.
As we embark on another journey together I'd like to take this moment to chat to you for a few minutes.
The Roys are close to my heart, as i hope they are to yours and I hope you all agree with me, that the identity of the club is crucial. We've always sought to be a point of difference in a league over run with posters rather than clubs. We are a throwback to community club and we will always strive to be as inclusive and welcoming as possible, not only to those within our own ranks, but visiting teams as well, But like any good community club we bite when we need to. Please feel free to go about your posting as you see fit.

Regarding my tenure as captain I'll always strive to run this clubs as democratically and fairly as possible. Regarding team selection the team will be selected based on contribution in threads etc, unless that player wants to give up a spot. So that may lead to rotation

Lastly if at any point I'm not meeting expectations or misguiding the Roys you all have my permission to piss me off. If the future of the Roys is better served with me aside I will do so.

FYI one of the standby's is reserved for our BJO redevelopment after our influx of membership cash from the premiership. The tennis courts are looking mighty, plus the Roys micro brewery/chuddery is coming along nicely, as is the refitting of the BBQ on the hill.
