Everyone who isn't a West fan should be going for North because West win tomorrow guarantees a boring, one-sided grand final next week. If we win and are at our best next week then it could be a cracker.

How often has 5th made the Grand Final?

There's the famous 1984 Norwood premiership from 5th, the only time a team has won it, but how often has 5th even just made it to the GF?

Norwood in 1980 and 1999.
West in 1991.

The 5th placed side in the Reserves has made the Grand Final in the past two seasons - Centrals in 2012 and Glenelg in 2013. Centrals went on to win the Reserves Premiership last year as well.

What in the world has Peter Nelson done wrong?
Its been a mistake not picking him in the last two weeks.
He's the best ruck on the list and can hit the score board.
He offers more then Keough and Kirk do/did

it was obvious last week we were completely spent. exhausted play from players you wouldn't expect to make those sort of mistakes. just a tired, tired team.

teared up a bit at the end knowing that andy and most likely ferg were gone. they have both done so, so much, but i'm glad it ended this week, because next week would've been so much worse.

next season, a new coach, new style, new everything. bring it on.

we were absolutely buggered. players tried their best but north were just fitter, faster and cleaner. can't see anything other than a norwood demolition next week however.
