They switched songs under Mervyn Keane, then switched back to the Grand Old Flag but you're right they didn't get to sing it much for the next decadeIt was 10 years before I noticed Sturt had switched songs
They didnt play it too often then?It was 10 years before I noticed Sturt had switched songs

i'm pretty sure Sturt had it first, with Melbourne using it earlier again

North and South fans. Same as always. Not enough money to go around.
Who would go to watch North v South if the Crows 2s were playing West Adelaide on the same day?
That must have been itThey didnt play it too often then?
And WTF is that?Could Leigh Whicker go? "Keefy great work on the new Renault Sponsor, High 5"
"BTW you owe the SANFL every last cent of that deal thanks!!"
What is this Whicker catering thing? On another note is Wicker involved in the catering at AO?
I am in the same boat as you by the looks of it as I do not know myself hence the question. What is this Whicker catering thing?
I have read it once or twice on your board, what is the story with it? Does he also run a catering business that has "won" the AAMI Stadium contract?
Unless it has changed recently SACA owns the licence for AO and while it may be changed to the SMA I can't see them letting the clubs have a piece of the action. On another note is Wicker involved in the catering at AO?
AAMI uses Encore Catering which is owned by the SANFL who also cater for basketball as well. What is this Whicker catering thing?

The Crows reserves could just play away every week (no home ground). This means that if you want to watch the Crows reserves, you are still going and contributing $$$ to Sturt, South or whoever.North and South fans. Same as always.
A Crows reserves/Sturt side won't take memberships away from other clubs but it might slightly decrease casual attendance to 3 (or 4 if it's a 10th team) of the 4 (or 5) games each week.
Although who would really go out of their way to watch 10 or so young/bad Crows players play amongst a team of nobodies each week?
6 of last years top 20 ain't too bad. But what is the SANFL's mission? To produce AFL draftees or be the second best league in the country? Which one are you arguing?
And nobody has answered my previous post whereby it was reported in the Tiser that the SANFL has lodged plans to develop 1,800 homes at West Lakes. Are the rest of the SANFL clubs actually wanting Sturt's demise so their share of the riches are greater? With an asset like West Lakes on their books, how any SANFL club can be forced into extinction is beyond me. What is Whicker and his cronies doing?
Agree, I've never said one group (Port or the Crows deserve everything) but the model does need t be changed to allow a greater share to go to the rightful area.
Without the SANFL the PAFC let alone the PAPFC do not exist.
Of course not. Are the millions and millions of dollars that get handed to you by the SANFL good for it either?
Crows magoos and the Magpies to play in the VFL. 8 team SANFL.
Drop the cap to stop washed up AFL blokes playing in it. Therefore upping the amount of young guys in the team, and the potential pool of draftable players.

And nor would we. What a ridiculous comment. Port have been the most influential club in the history of footy in SA. Show some respect.
And WTF is that?
They've screwed the Crows, they've screwed Port and they've mismanaged the competition that they apparently screwed the AFL sides for.
On another note is Wicker involved in the catering at AO?
Some posts are simple and some are simplistic. The debt you owe them buddy.
Its about time you started paying some of it back
