journos are plentiful and conflicted all the time. many work for multiple agencies they dont know whether theyre arthur or martha. i also strongly believe bar a few, they dont stick to their convictions - perhaps due to their various employers and an unwillingness to perhaps put a few offside.

i cant think of a sport that creates so much talk on a daily basis. could be perhaps there's a 5-6 day break between games, there seems to be a need to generate and maintain interest. compare this to sports in america or europe where games are on a more regular basis.
