Well done to the 3 Muppets this morning for discussing things other than AFL.
During the time I listened to them they spoke to the Stoke City goalkeeper on their promotion into the EPL and also spent considerable time discussing comments overnight that the Olympics are a big fraud and that world governing bodies aren't that interested in eliminating drug cheats.
It was good to have some different discussion topics. Interestingly, Tim and Bill were very quiet during these times and didn't say a hell of a lot.

I actually think cricket gets enough coverage, especially during summer. In fact it takes quite a high percentage of radio time for 3 or 4 months.
Slightly off topic but...."In other NBL Dragons’ staff news, Ed Wyatt has been hired as Communications Manager. Wyatt has worked at SBS Sport and SEN radio in Melbourne, and prior to that, helped launch the Fox Sports World network in Los Angeles."

If those ratings are right then whatever Mark Doran is doing is working. He is outrating every other show on SEN including breakfast and drive which should be doing the best. Or does that say how bad Morning Glory and the run home are? FWIW I enjoy what I hear of the run home but morning glory is and always has been ____ed.

Jesus mate give it a rest do we actually want to hear football 24 hrs a day. Doran is continually banging on about saturday nights gimmick match. FFS it's a sports station . Yes and the ratings have gone up .1% i'll be off to pop open the bubbly
God he's hopeless is he just plain lazy or poorly researched. There was actually a 5 min spell when he didn't talk about the Gimmick match

Gosh mate! Gee if you knew anything about radio ratings you would know that the ratings for overnights are not recorded at all. BTW i seriously doubt that Mark Franklin's absence would have increased or decreased SENs share overnight. However we will never know.
Apparently though i've heard from next year they will be doing the ratings for overnights too.

KB's mentioned a few times that Denham barracks for West Coast, although he tipped Melbourne to make the 8 this year.
Willoby is doing year 12. He filled in for all night sport during his holidays a month ago.
I think Franka still does One week at a time doesnt' he?

That's strange, every time I've heard Denham he always talks about the Demons, to the point that I genuinely thought he supported them. He also said after their win over Freo that he was very proud of them, among other things. Maybe they've become a second team for him because of his outlandish tip early in the year?
