Congrats to SEN for putting together a great group to call this arvo's game.....Eddie, Aker, Grant Thomas + Huddo.....Love Aker, Eddie surprised, was good....Other two are excellent......very professional sounding group....well done SEN...

hope its BP back tonight on all night sport
and notice that gladiators tv show woke up to themselves and did not have tony shibeci as the announcing man.
someone i dont know was talking but it wasnt lazy shibeci
maybe BP could be asked by the gladiators tv show to be the announcing man if they are looking for someone better than tony bp is their man

I think it might be James Willoughby because last week when he was on he was saying i hope to talk to you on monday, but im not to sure just a guess.

Interesting to see SEN's own "social commentator" back with an opinion piece in the HS today after a few months off.

The "leftist feminist" as she calls herself on SEN, is bagging the feminists who criticised Libby Lenton's name change.

Tim Watson was at his best this morning.

Andy and Billy were discussing Issy Folau leaving Melbourne Storm when Tim chips in with "...but what about the AFL, what's the big AFL story" and redirects the discussion back to AFL.

Then when doing 'Good, Bad and Ugly' and caller calls up to talk about Ronaldo's goal for Man Utd over the weekend and the caller and Andy were discussing all the other parts of Man Utd's win when Tim chips in with "..and what about Eddie Betts' goal?"

Now Eddie Betts' goal was nice, but as soon as another sport is even mentioned he is straight away pushing the discussion back to AFL. Can we even have 10 seconds of discussion on another sport or is that too much for Tim?

Perhaps his time would be better spent teaching his son to actually kick a Football.

caught bits of that segment as i was half asleep. see for all of billys faults on the show at least he shows interest in other sports, particularly the melbourne sides (i.e. Victory, Storm etc)

Oh come on! Schibecki would have done a far greater job than the person that was on last night.

Whether you like it or not Schibecki was great on old gladiators.

For that person asking whether Gladiators of Sport will be on during the footy season, well in the last episode on Good Friday Tony mentioned that it would bet he last ep with him during the season however they may pop up on All Night Sport during the year. So hopefully they are in talks with BP and Franka as we speak to get them on.

Brett Phillips said on All Night Sport last week that the gladiators of sport could be back as soon as this week, they just had to figure out which day of the week they can get it on.

BTW John the Pie Man is now the biggest flog on the late night call shows (taking over from billy and Jim from Hawthorn, who it seems is now subdued now that he's off to hospital)

his childish and pathetic rant about the umpires costing collingwood the other night just sums up the average Magpie Nuff Nuff to a tee.

I so hope richmond can win this week, just so Billy can throw it in his face

Someone remind me what were the circumstances of SEN sacking Beva? I think it's the fact that SEN were coy about it when it happened that callers ring in to annoy the announcers.

Gee, SEN are getting their money's worth with Greg Denham. His biggest comment on the Carey interview was how he shouldn't have worn white shoes.

And I might look at getting a gig writing blurbs for the HS's The Pulse. Every day they have a story about what happened on SEN the day before. I can do that.

Yeah but in that segment, they talk about what the beer tastes like.

We shouldn't have to remove segments like that because they might encourage people to get pissed and do something stupid.
