The way Andrew Maher verbally orgasmed over the Judd v Selwood debate this morning almost made me want to throw up, then his reaction when the first caller said Joel Selwood would be better , Mahers reaction was so over the top it just made me switch off the radio.

Did anyone mention Andy Maher yesterday - interviewing one of the Matildas about the proposed national women's league - and asked 'When are you leaving for Bejing?' - and was then informed ....err, they didn't qualify.

That's just embarrassing.

On the flipside, I am amazed that the new W-League even rated a mention with them.

caught the last bit of the chinese "alphabet" part this morning and billys explanation of chinese characters. was he reading it off a website or something cause it wouldve basically confused their demographic. nice to hear some callers correct him/hosts.

as someone who speaks and understands the basics of written chinese it was interesting to hear the MG on this "issue" (assuming it was to do with the aussie team walking in 3rd last). chinese is a complex language and they perhaps should've contacted someone who speaks and understands the culture to explain.

About time but still not enough! I wish SEN podcasted more of their material...

BTW SEN have podcasts but they are really not podcasts unless they are podcastable on itunes. Now i know that isn't your fault but they should just be caused sound audio downloads or something.

They are on Thursday nights 11pm-midnight and again on friday morning 1am-2am.

No biggie, but you might want to tell someone to add filenames. Files come up as .mp3 (no filename), but as I said, no big deal.

Disappointing to just get small clips <10 minutes. I think the Olympic show was on tonight 7pm-8pm and I got home after 8, and I was thinking how it'd be great if i could get online, download a podcast of the whole show (in 1, maybe 2 files).

I used to love tuning into SEN after midnight due to circumstances, however havent for a while. So last night I did, and WTF? a Poker show FFS? What in the hell is happening? Who gives a shit about poker, seriously? AND SINCE WHEN IS IT EVEN REMOTELY A ****ING SPORT? SEN has lost the plot. Poker....FFS!

sorry lowther needs to be louder anyway he is right now with bp and he sounds so dull andboring i think compared to the gbu crew, gladiators,stoney and jonty,even the poker show and the new footy tips show with daniel harford. this is the now the worst night of all night sport when this louther guy is on he makes me go to sleep when he talks.

I don't think that it is that "official" anyway. From what I can remember when All Night Sport first came about, Mark Franklin knocked that website up himself.

Not only does Andy Maher not do his research ala the Matildas comment the other day, he doesn't listen to his own station...

The Cadel Evans knee rumour was on the station on Monday. From Wednesday morning one of SEN's leading news stories was that Cadel had pulled out of a one day criterion with a sore knee. From early this morning, Cadel pulling out of the Olympic time trial was one of the main news stories on SEN's Fairfax news every half hour.

At just before 7am Andy spruiks to the boys that he's heard that Cadel pulled out of a one day criterion, so perhaps his knee really did get injured...

People are just paying out on Mark Doran this afternoon.

SEN are claiming that Fevola has signed for $2.1mil over 3 years.

One guy rings up and says either someone close to Fevola is leaking what he is on or SEN are just making up a figure.

Mark says that neither of those are true...but wouldn't explain where the figure has come from.

When the caller says one of them has to be true Mark says to the caller that they don't understand what he is trying to say and cuts him off...

Next caller rings up and asks what Mark Doran gets paid and he says that he will tell people when footballers tell people what they are earning?
