caught the end of an apparently awkward and short interview with an american bloke. does anyone know who that was with? just heard geek maher thank him for his time.

What the **** do they expect when they ring people out of the blue. God I cringe when they do that, it is not entertaining.

It was a very awkward interview and they have done those before. I don't know whether they do it for the comedy value or they are actually interested in finding out information. But they are neither. An American-Indian actor would know about Indian file running? Poor form for the MG.

I didn't hear the whole interview, but it was a Native American actor, that they called for some reason because they wanted to know about Indian file running. Turns out he knew nothing about it. It was a short interview and the guy at the end goes "is that all?"

Yeah the entire thing was just awkward.

The whole thing started because Watson (the wannabe intellectual) mentioned how Indians ran in Indian file for 70 miles a day slowly swallowing a mouthful of water.

They needed the story confirmed so they cold called the guy who played Geronimo. Err yeah.

It turns out that not every Native American knows everything about Native American culture so they had a schoolboy laugh at him...once he hung up of course. It was horrible to listen to because they tried to get something out of him and it was clear they did no NO prep. Very unprofessional.

And Andrew Maher has become Tim Watson's personal laugh machine.
