ok so i normally dont listen to sen until say 8am. but this morn i flicked on before 6. seems that the format of the all night appetite (when i was listening) and the mg are teh same. pull out the herald sun, read out a few lines from an article and discuss.

wonder if they ever look at the age or other publications.

Isn't that the formula for all morning radio shows? Pretty much all they do, albeit with greater insight and wit, on 3AW before 7am.

i'm almost ashamed to admit that i now listen to eddie on mmm in the mornings and i have for the past 2 weeks. i decided to try this just to see whether it was worth it, still undecided but i am not missing morning glory 1 bit. even when i flick it back just to see what they are talking about, 8 times out of 10 it's an ad or they are talking about fev and whether he will be traded. nothing ever changes over there. at least with mmm breakfast show, there are some occasional songs (no nickelback). i have listened to M/G since the first day they broadcast but sadly i cant see myself turning back.
is this wrong of me?

no its not wrong. ive flicked to MMM a few times also.

i think the problem with mg are the hosts. no, i know the problem are the hosts

The whole week SEN has been crap I've switched over to MMM until friday of trade week, which is the only time you don't get 'rumours'.

Also, they showed footage of an interview with Brett Ratten regarding Fevola, and it showed 2 SEN microphones there. Any reason to have 2 reporters there at the same time?

i dont mind trade rumours, but i would think live coverage of sport would suit the station, and what they're about, more. if the station decided to have pointless discussion on topics like who's better judd or ablett, or best number 38 to have played.....then live sport is definitely better

Don't mind it in small doses but when you get lop sided trades in favour of the idiotic callers club,It's a waste of air time. Sports station should be covering Melbourne Tigers and Victory games. IT"S NOT GOOD ENOUGH
