Interesting too that Pickers had a chance to go hard on someone he had ranted about often, but, no chance. Would have been good radio, but guess what - NO chance.
When you are talking about media spin, media exploitation and pushing your own interests, no pair better in this town to comment than Hutchy and Pickers.
Thought it was a very entertaining interview.

Has anyone been listening to that knob Tristan Zerafa or whatever his name is from the sunday night's sports party doing his season preview?
Biased nonsense.
Creamed his pants doing the Bulldogs, had like 7 All Australians, top spot on the ladder and a flag,
yet had St.Kilda losing Riewoldt to injury, having Dawson fall out of the best 22, About 7 or 8 guys losing form badly.
Declared Montagna and Dal Santo, as just solid players and had them missing the finals.
Someone is a bit cut about the prelim, and fair enough but it was verbal diarrhoea
Also had North Melbourne 5th, Westcoast 4th and Geelong 7th.
Reckons the cats and saints won't be able to sustain a good run with injuries.....yet his dogs will.
Not saying he is wrong about the saints, he may not be, but it sounded like pure hatred spewing out of his mouth, how can they bring someone on as a perceived expert if they are clearly biased.

I heard the Markson/Hutchy/Pickers/Turf exchange live. Was brilliant radio. As much as I loathe Markson and the spin (i.e. crap) that his type spout, I enjoyed hearing Pickers get totally owned by a pro. No wonder Hutchy was just cacking himself through the whole exchange. Pickers (aka Grasshopper) was totally ineffective against a master.

I really enjoy listening to KB and Partick Smith in the morning. Don't get me wrong, I think some of Particks opinions are just way off the planet, but when he and KB disagree on a topic, it's like two kids arguing in the school playground. Hilarious stuff.
