One thing that annoys me about the SEN stream

Obviously the AFL have the rights for all radio feeds, so you get a message on the usual SEN stream saying to go to AFL
BUT

The AFL SEN stream stops at about 11.00 (9.00 WST) and it takes a good 10 minutes for the SEN regular stream to resume from the AFL message


Should either be a straight switch (as the AFL one stops, the SEN one starts up again)
OR (and this is what MMM do)
Just allow the AFL stream to stream the station 24/7

I met Ox at a work function a couple of months back and he was fuming as that morning he'd got a Best Bets sent to his house with a letter going on about how here was the tips he'd asked for, don't worry i won't tell the missus etc.

Why would someone bother to do something like that, Ox must have pissed of a few people back in his playing days.

Absolute bullshit. How can you assume that he deserved it and it wasn't anything other than a bad joke? Maybe he also deserved to have oil poured all over his car because he must have done something to deserve that too?

Based on the article, the police know who it is and he has been issued an AVO. ATM there is no "catching" to be done. If he violates the AVO, then that would be another matter

Surely he can be charged for oiling Ox's car for start..vandalism isn't it?....and stalking perhaps?...harassment is another that comes to mind..

These are all charges last I knew...so yes, I hope he gets "caught" and charged....not just an AVO!

As for Mark from Bacchus Marsh, he was on about 2am last night having a go at St.Kilda to Stephen J Peake. Which ended with Peake shouting over him and then leaving the studio.

And gets what, a fine for vandalism? (and maybe a civil suit?) Isnt an AVO the first action taken in a potential case of stalking? If somebody is of the mind to do such things to a person for basically no reason I doubt any fine would really deter them (not that an AVO would either but what else is there. Its not like he can be locked up for doing those things)

WAS THE BEST PART OF THE SOAPBOX!! i read this story and was shocked i mean bloody hell thats a bit full on.... ive hagged for a few prizes... ox gave a digital dab+ radio 2 me coz i was the best caller was wrapped. as for the producers on sen.... personally i think the chick who does the run home... answering the fones n stuff its a bit up herself... has not got good phone skills but what the person has done is way over the top... thank god its all sorted and can move on.... but i feel bad as for ox thats just not fair on such a nice bloke

Good thing from that is the protecting their fellow SEN colleagues is out the window with these two.

Wish Brayshaw, Dunstall and the others on Triple M would've given Barrett a bit of a serve for making a story out of the comments. Gotten to the stage where I watch/listen to him just what crap he'll "break" this week.
