I respond/state to a number of topics on the station, sometimes in detail, to a number of other posters. Having bothered to read over the thread again, starting from page 36, going backwards, here's some analysis...

What I've recently done.

- A post backing up Collingwood 4 eternity's praise of Nathan Thompson's interview with Cam Mooney.
- A detailed response to Simple Jack's disagreement of opinion about Schibeci.
- A clarification of Schibeci's motorsport crediblity to Registered User
- An opinion of Smokey Dawson presence on the station, responding to RU and peternorth.
- 2 exchanges with Mentallo about a commercial on the station.
- Backing up Flameboy's dissatisfaction with Schibeci, but also gave a positve opinon on one of the hours he was hosting.

Let's compare that with your "contributions"...

- A subtle crack at Schibeci.
- A subtle crack a motorsport.
- Another crack at Schibeci, responding to SJ.
- Another, this time blatant, crack at Schibeci.
- A response to MYOB, agreeing with a positive opinion about Finey and/or a crack at Wayne from Geelong.
- A blatant crack at Matt Thompson.
- Another crack at Schibeci.

Let's have this thread just be a "bedford whinge about SEN thread" instead? All single line c*** that either goes nowhere or is just a troll. The nature of your posts even gave me the impression you're a Byron Clanger alias (Or is Byron Clanger a bedford alias?). Also, if you actually do live in Albert Park, sucked in!

You do have too much time on your hands mate. If i want to bag certain things on SEN i will. I listen to the station most of the day as its on while working and in the car. This time of the year it goes off a fair bit, because of the schebecci types.
I do enjoy listening to Finey, Morning Glory, KB and On the Bench, i just comment when i don't like something like motor sport and the shit a league.

What do people think of SEN borrowing ESPN's concept of sports bulletins on the hour, 20 past and 20 to, similiar to SportSentral now but just the bulletin at the top of the hour would be predominately sport and an extra sports bulletin per hour?

It has to do with Macquarie sacking their news staff in Melbourne. The options were as I understand it, do the sports bulletin thing or get the ****ing Sydney news (which we were getting overnights for a few months, really annoying). Right choice imo.

If so, what size was it?
I live 1 hour from Richmond, and if it's not worth it, I am thinking of donating it back.

Hmmm, 'we' dropped a bit more, which i guess is expected at this time of year, due to there being no footy.

Overall: down to 4.2 from 4.9 from 5.3 (previous survey)
Breaky.: down to 4.6 from 5.4 from 5.2
KB.......: down to 4.3 from 5.0 from 5.2

WOW!! 3aw have had a massive drop; probably the biggest I can remember!! They've dropped 3 points overall; the breakfast slot dropped 4, and Bruce and Phil dropped 6.5!!! It sounds like a glitch

There's a funny letter in today's Green Guide, saying that their drop might be due to them playing too many depressing ads about funeral homes, dental implants, and other sad stuff for old people

But 3AW's ratings seem to yo-yo all through the year, every year.
It looks like 774 have taken their ratings.

Some of the FM stations (91.5, Mix and Gold) are up a bit, so maybe people are sick of news and sport chat when they're cruising around in the warmer weather?

You need to compare to the same period last year to get a better idea.

SEN always drop off this ratings period.

Whilst Doran was often criticised on here, those numbers are telling for Harford.

Am inclined to give KB a leave pass as he was coming off a high base. All the rest are basically 'as is' with the exception of Finey (but he has been solid for a long period of time so not a huge problem there I would have thought.
