He is the self-appointed best broadcaster in Australia. Funny hearing him talk about Advocaat being a football mercenary chasing the dollar!

However, i do like him as a host, great knowledge of all sports.

Leechy did do well when he was on from 12-4 but a run home type show would not work well with just one presenter.

Mate you know your stuff. Had someone who does a bit of work at SEN comes in to where I work and he said the same thing when I complained that the run home was no good without the ox. Leach obviously feels a bit threatened cause Harf would do his job a lot better.

Please don't compare Harford and Leach. One knows a range of sports on the SPORTS network. The other knows little on sport. However the run home needs a co-host.

can't agree with you more. Its the same on Nova, none of the comedians are any good on radio. Even Micallef is not that funny on radio.

Maybe its just me who doesn't find it funny, but his extent of what he thinks is comedy is naming things from the 70s and 80s. Like the names of footballers and cricketers. Apparently the more obscure, the funnier.

10 hours til the draft begins!

I'm purposely not waking up til 9:59AM, because the 9-10am interviewing of parents and Kevin Sheehan's cliche's make it a very painful wait. Here's what you'll hear between 9-10am.

He even reckons he might be able to get him on the phone... could there be a more awkward conversation... Snoran knows nothing about "world football", what's he going to ask him about, does he like to visit Australia?

As I've said here many times I'm a OWAAT, Mark Franklin fan, but he made a few stupid mistakes regarding the world cup draw.

Said we needed to win the group to progress to the world cup, said there would be 16 Euro teams through to the final, didnt quite know the format or explain it very well.

If Tony would have made these mistakes I would have been on his back, so its only fair to point this out for Mark.

When researching the world cup draw, it took me 10 minutes to find the formats and details for the qualifying. I would expect a sports host who is going to take a live feed of an event to research the event.

Becks is used to interviews from people who know nothing about soccer - he would have done a fair few on the circuit yesterday, not to mention the time he's spent in America, where there'd be a similar amount of Doran-esque journalists who know nothing about the sport.

I've got respect for Beckham, but my god, people have gone a bit nuts over one bloke. Also shows how much Snoran is out of touch cause he's filled two of his shows with Beckham this and Beckham that (or so I believe, cause I turned it off yesterday).
