That's a reasonable question. I'm from Melbourne and I don't give a stuff about them.

mark fine was rubbish (as always) on the brownlow last night

pickers and beva did a great job the past couple of years so i wanted to hear pickers again but with that annoying laugh and failure to handle the english language fine was unbearable to listen to, i chose to listen to mcavaney instead so thats saying something

When the presenter refers to someone with their full name just to try and sound cool.

Common examples on SEN are Neil Elvis Winwar, Rodney Malcolm Hogg, Sir Izaac Vivian Alexander Richards, William Morris Lawry...

Gives me the shits.

I think Mark Doran should be replaced next year by Daniel Harford ..
Seriously he is so much more funnier then the Dork, and he played footy at the highest level ..

Harford is very underused right now on that station IMHO .

I think you are all taking this hate-fest too far....Mark Doran's show is o.k. IMO...if you dont like the show, turn over to Ernie Sigley, you might like his show better!....I actually think you are all being very very nasty, which is uncalled for...Your entitled to your opinion, that being you dont like his show..fine, dont listen....but there is no need to be so personal and insulting to someone just doing their job....could you do a better job at it??......I doubt it..

There are forums with people hating Shane Warne , Chris Lilley , Bands , Tv Shows etc etc Footballers the list is endless.
So why not a radio personality , not that I really have an opinion on Doran I think it is wrong to start criticising those that do on this website.
Plenty of hate on other threads as well , just scroll through the many threads and topics to find strong opinions like them or not !.

Harford's not professional enough, he'd struggle on his own. Just because he played AFL footy doesn't make him automatically good - Olarenshaw anyone? He can be funny at times but is too much of a yobbo for my liking

If SEN must persist with Doran, why not make Harf a permanent sidekick?

I'm sure Doran wouldn't like that cause he thinks he's the king of radio, but it makes for better listening. He has excellent chemistry with Harf, though I think Harf actually has a real job somewhere.

Surely not???

SEN could at least have 2 hours of overnight with the regulars and stuff and maybe 4 hours between 2-6 of fill ins wouldn't be so bad....

I know there will be a show on grand final eve i will be interested to see if there is one tonight.

And everyone's always the "best in the business".

KB has something that no one else has at SEN anymore. Outstanding sporting knowledge across all sports. Francis is the only other one who comes close.

So you think having "plenty of hate" is an o.k thing do you?? ... and that it is acceptable, because its on other threads as well???.....SORRY.....(not)....far too much hate and criticism shown to others in just normal everyday life.....sure, dislike a show or whatever, if you like, but good god, its not the end of the world!!.....take a deep breathe, and learn to smile and be happy....whinging over and over can lead to depression and more anger....Its only a radio personality, not worth all the angst...in the scheme of things really!! cheers
