Did anyone listen to the show after 12 yesterday and it had a chic journalist from the herald sun on. Oh my god, she was absolutely terrible. She has a voice for print media that is for sure. She either sounded half asleep or that she was smoking dope. She was terrible, I had to turn it off as I couldn't stand her drawl.

I am sick to death of bloody female presenters on these sports shows. They are all crap and know nothing. Before you hound me down, I too am female. I just can't stand listening to them on sports shows. Rita is the classic example.

Yep, I'm with you on that, sister. This is the amateur nature of SEN. That girl has no place on radio and just makes the show sound even more like public radio.

Pretty sure it was Jackie Epstein from the Herald Sun. Doesn't have the greatest personality for radio that's for sure.

I have been glued to it during trade week in the past. Other than the Friday where they usually broadcast live from the venue, it's preety much a waste of time. Most of the trade talk surrounds rumours that have little truth in them. My advice would be not to miss the first hour of the run home each day as in the past they have tried to interview someone from every AFL club.

Mate don't go comparing that bore Jacquie Epstein to Rippa Rita. You're just mad cause Rita dared to say what most of us who aint collingwood fans were thinking about that collingwood press conference, that voice over was embarassing and i felt sorry for figjam watching it.

It was great yesterday when Mark Alan had a red hot go at Rita and Eddie called in to have a go to but most of the callers and SMS messages were in support of her. You could tell how much it pissed off the magpie lovin Marko.

Matty aint that bad, the talk back show he did with Ben Dixon was alright except he went through the calls too quick like he was trying to get as many done as possible.

One thing about Matt that's funny is that he doesn't seem to have a sense of humour, was listening the other day and some guy had sent in a text saying how all of Geelong had gone blue and white and even the cop cars were showing their support of geelong, well Matt seemed to think the guy was serious and pointed out how cop cars and always blue and white, no shit matty.

No, I wasn't talking about today when Dixon was filling in for harf but during the footy season when Matt and Dixon did a few shows together where they just took talkback.

Today Matt was on his own.

They need to stick with blokes with "radio" voices and at least "some" knowledge of sport if the station is to continue rating. The chic's sound good reading the news, that's about it.

The best show on the whole thing is Richo's "on the rise" on sunday's, at least he has some idea of most things...and doesn't let any bias come into his segment. He is carlton, but praises other players/clubs where needed. He is probably the most dignified presenter on there.

But that's just my opinion. It varies no matter where you look.

Rita normally only disrepects things that deserve it and says what a lot of people are thinkin.

Lumping all women in together is piss poor IMHO. Agree with your on Jacqui Epstein but you couldn't be more wrong about Rita, she makes casual friday and is one of the few people on the station to say what she thinks. She is very good value.

As for Richo, used to dislike him but now I'm a fan but to say he is not biased is a joke! How long have you been listening to him? he has his biases and opinions just like everyone else. On the rise with Harf and Richo is fantastic, it should be on at a better time.

But like you said its all a matter of opinion, just don't be so sexist. Never thought I'd say that to a girl!
