iceman you are either BP, his mother, his girlfriend or all three. Mate you are obsessed, the way you go on BP is some legend rather than just an above average radio host. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against BP but he is nothing extraodinary like you make him out to be.

just feel a part of getting bp back with what we say here worked and i think he was so much better than lazy bones shibecci who just seemed to be a waste of time. now it is good that we have bp and markis okay.
i think they were away at the medident sleep clinic annual conference in qld they are the shows major sponsors.

I'm not a fan of any of the Schebecci left overs - gladiators/gbu/fedish. Do they actually know anything about sport?

On Anthony Hudson, he'd be perfect for Morning Glory i think. I know he wants weekdays off due to footy calling all weekend, but he's a class act.

Good sense of humour, good allround knowledge, inoffensive personality.

As for 3AW screening calls, well it seems fair enough when a few dozen North fans on forums organise to all call in to the same show...that doesn't exactly give us a good idea of what most North fans think either. 3AW aren't stupid they probably read the same forums and know what is going on.

Those pro-Gold Coast are entitled to also gather together and call at the same time too.

Quite a few blokes on bigfooty learnt the say they were for the Gold Coast to get put to air and then slag it.

Gotta agree there is a danger that a sports program might break out amongst the countless ads on AW.The show was nver the same after Hookesy's untimely departure,Dwayne Pipe is painful and Healy has become the perennial fence sitter.As for Caroline ''spineless'' Wilson where was she at the info night at Dallas Brooks hall ?

Definitely agree it hasn't been the same without Hookesy. One thing Hookesy never was, was a fence sitter.

The holiday season starts next week.

Heard them say earlier that Richo and Matt Granland are filling in on Morning Glory for the next month (where's Cozer? - I had quite got used to hearing he and Richo do the fill in shifts with aplomb).

KB's last day today, anyone know who's filling in for him? Schibecks? I remember the old days when Pickers used to be his fill in. Now that would be good.

Wonder if The Ox is taking more holidays? Surely not.

my take on 3aw sports today. a lot of afl. dare i say too much? nah, i understand that its essentially an afl station, nothing wrong with that. thats why its good to have sen, something different (sports wise) between 6-8.

well....unfortunately whilst driving i cant flick to another station as quickly as id want. case in point, last night they were talking about white xmas. some bloke rang talking about spending it somewhere in Europe (i think it was Austria). hardy chimes in and asks a question relating to oslo, snow and xmas there. the guys response was something like "yeah...."

They even played some of his lines from the DVD last night... seems the joke he's most proud of is where after going through some lines about why he is so Australian, like cause he thinks Mardi Gras is Glenn McGrath's brother, he says "Shannon Noll is so Australian... that's it."

Hey what are you on about?

Firstly BP likes the Gladiators and they will be back next year if you look at the website. He always had them in when he was filling in for Schubecki.

Plus i don't think BP hates the Feddish Crew....it might just be the agigitator. Otherwise he wouldn't always allow the SEN overnight get togethers to be at the Feddish Bar.

Dwayne Russell isn't the best radio man around, given, but let's be honest, Leach and Schwarz aren't the best either. I like how they usually get better guests in the 2 hours. How many times would the Run Home, or SEN in general, get Steve Waugh on?

SEN has 17 hours (take out Four Diegos and Overnight) to drag out the day in sport. Sports Today has only 2 hours, so the content doesn't get dreary.

If I'm honest, Sports Today with Healy and Grybas last week (or maybe the week before that) for 2 hours is much better than Schwarz and Leach for those two hours when they are startin to look into C-Grade radio topics, like windsurfing or something.

Same thing happens throughout the day, so are you suggesting that everyone from SEN take a hike and we'll just have the UK crap streamed into Melbourne without the need for Internet connections?
