But what are you proposing the government's do?

It's too infectious. I think you should be doing masks, but they think this strain is 10 times more contagious than the Wuhan strain - which took Melbourne 4 months to get rid of - with lockdown. The dam wall is broken and it isn't going to be patched with masks or crowd limits. And cases will balloon even if you go back into lockdown.

Guess be so infectious that Lockdown might not work Either or Unless you pretty much tell people they are not allowed to leave where they Live

So bad that an American mate of mine positive on the outward journey escaped one night naked from the facility - until caught by police and forced him into a pair of fairly presentable brand name black jocks.

Yeah, I bought a copy of these 'real fake' Calvin Kleins

Creep up on you slowly to bisect the scrotum

Not even my divorce settlement did as much damage

Maybe Rafael Nadal wears "genuine fake" Calvin Kleins? - he should be able to afford the genuine article.

Booked in at my GP today.
14th of Jan, which is 2 weeks after I qualify.
Booked the Mrs in for the 9th of Feb, which is 5 days after she qualifies.
Im comfortable with those time frames.
With your talk of specialists, i suspect you're relatively high risk. If that's true, I'd be door knocking pharmacies tomorrow. Cases are going to go really high really quickly.if the rest of the world is anything to go by.

Here are the figures from my local area which hopefully shows that Omicron being a milder variant as well as the vaccination rate is keeping hospitalization low. 1 in over 500 chance of ending up in hospital, 1 in over 5000 chance of ICU, no deaths

Now don't come at me just putting up figures and not down playing anything, sprouting anti vaccination conspiracies, downplaying the importance of vaccination as its an essential tool in fighting this.

Just for a side note I made the mistake of going onto the main board with the outrageous suggestion that the vaccination is not bullet proof in terms of actually catching Covid/Omicron. Gave an example of a local nightclub, 600 vaccinated patrons, close to half catching covid as well as other examples. One poster carried on, not data, not peer analysed, recent modelling revealed 30% more chance of catching omicron if not vaccinated, 300 out of 600 doesnt prove anything blah blah blah.

QLD Changed there Tune now about Covid with there Borders Open.

They think it would not be too bad IF you did get Covid Now

I know. But I think there is an under-appreciation of how high Omicron case numbers are going to go and how quickly they'll get there.

Then could say how many will be in Hospital as I saw this Morning they say 80% of Cases of Omnicorn did not need to go to Hospital

It's looking milder and t cell immunity is high due to vaccines, and it needs to be, as the East Coast of Australia has decided to let it rip - I don't think there is a choice though, as it's going to rip through whatever they do.
