About three years ago when I had just started seeing someone I was getting some takeaways to head up her place to watch a movie. I went into a Chinese place and had a look before sending a text on my iPhone that I thought said "would you like some duck tonight?"

So I'm about to leave the house this morning to go watch my 9 year old nephew play footy. I'm in skinny jeans, flat shoes and a white hoodie. I've got makeup on (obviously) but my hair is just up in a messy bun. My darling Mama MEB says "ohhh, you could make a bit more effort when you leave the house love". I tell her where I'm going and she replies with "exactly, there might be some hot single dads there!" **** sake.
As I'm walking up the driveway she calls out "bring me back a son in law!".
