True, to be honest back in June I was staring down the barrel of being stuck in a 100 a week job and being homeless, spend the last two months fixing both to I now have my own place and a job that covers rent, bills and starting to save so love went to the backburner.

Also social anxiety hurts a fair bit.

Internet dating is something I have never fully understood ( I don't look down on it by any means, a place like Bigfooty for example is great for social and community based relationships obviously).

It's one of those things where I look at it, I get it... but not on a personal level.

A few mates of mine have met partners on line. Only one of them has gone on to get married and he's never been happier.
You just never know where you're going to meet someone......

Pretty much there just needs a little more social acceptance and less catfish paranoia

I wouldn't necessarily say its taken over, but it's now a generally accepted way to meet people, and not the taboo it was usually seen as in the beginning.
