Yep I agree, could be the 1st step to get us all used to the idea, then bam, it happens, but, there is also a twist (which usually happens also) it's not North and it's not Tassie.

I reckon this has been explained a hundred times across the course of the thread.
St Kilda are in debt because:
Historical debt.
Poor decision to move to Seafood.
Moorabbin redevelopment.
Football club spend.

North Melbourne have no debt because:
Don't maintain training facilities properly.
Under resource football department.

One of these situations is a disaster.
