Okay thought I would see what the most popular subs were and the popular sauces to go with those subs. I suggest mentioning your top 3 favourite "regular" subs and maybe your preferred sauce for that sub.

Mine are

1. Steak and Cheese
2. Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki
3. Italian BMT

Like the Chipole on the Steak and Cheese, Honey Mustard on the SOCT and Mayo on the Italian BMT.

Maybe people can mention good salad combinations for particular subs as well.

Take it away..

Steak and Cheese
BMT
Subway Club

I like sweet onion or south west on them, either tastes fine. I get salt and pepper as well. I might try honey mustard a bit more though, I did enjoy it the few times I had it.
I used to get lettuce, tomato, olives and jalapenos on it but opting against the tomato these days as I don't like the tomatoes they use.
I normally don't change salads much. Toasted or non toasted changes depending on what I'm feeling like, BMT/Subway Club I usually like non toasted more often than toasted.

I've tried most of them, ham and pizza subs are good for their price though. Used to get subway heaps but not that much these days.

I like the meatball with salad & BBQ sauce & I also like the steak with salad jalapenos & south western sauce.

Meatball toasted & steak optional, cheese with both of course.

I have been told on good authority that the combination sauce of "Caesar" and "Sweet Chilli" together on the one sub, is very very nice.

Me myself, my fav sub- being a tightarse- would be the seafood one. I chuck lettuce, capsicum, and cucumber w/cheese, and thats it. No sauce on it.

I have always loved the wraps at Subway, although 1 isn't filling enough. So I'm a big dog and get 2. ;)

Try and keep it as healthy (and stingy) as possible so often it's the ham, turkey or salami option with salad. Tomato sauce is fine for any combo.

I have two - meatball with lettuce, tomato, capsicum, olives, tasty cheese (and occasionally bacon and BBQ sauce) on Italian herb and cheese bread. Untoasted.

And steak and cheese with lettuce, tomato, capsicum, extra jalapenos, cheddar cheese and southwest dressing on honey oat bread. Toasted.

Just smashed a foot long no more than an hour ago. I always go the Seafood Sensation on Multigrain, lettuce, tomato, salt & pepper. Can't trust the 16 y/o's working there with the sauce, as they usually drown the sub in it. Can't get better value for your $7.

Footlong, chicken fillet, white bread
Not toasted
Tasty cheese
Lettuce, carrot, onion, capsicum, pickles (and beetroot in the 2 like stores I've ever seen it in)
BBQ Sauce
Salt and Pepper
No drink or cookie

Foot long chicken fillet on wheat. Not toasted. Tasty cheese. Lettuce, capsicum, onions, olives, cucumber, jalapenos. Mayonnaise and Chipotle dressing.

Win.

Generally go a BMT or a Chicken Fillet. BMT with lettuce, cucumber, carrot and onion and Honey Mustard.

Chicken Filley with Onion, Carrot, Lettuce and Southwest Sauce/

My vegetarian mate gave me some of his veggie patty sub. Was surprisngly tasty.

Only ever get the one thing.

Foot long chicken teriyaki on italian herbs and cheese.
Fresh, not toasted.
Old english cheese or cheddar, depending on mood.
Lettuce, carrot, capsicum, olives, cucumber, pickles.
Sweet onion sauce.
Salt and pepper.

Hardly get subway, so i go for tastiness rather than healthiness. Im a very plain eater :p

Foot long- Italian Herbs
Chicken Fillet
Chedder & Swiss cheese
Pizza sauce or Mayo
Lettuce, Pickles
Toasted
:thumbsu:

Always change between 2 subs, depending on the mood I'm in.

Seafood on plain, fresh, with cheddar cheese. Lettuce, onion, olives, cucumber, beetroot. Salt and pepper with the Ranch sauce.

Then the other is the chicken parmy with exactly the same.

I always want to have different cheeses and try different breads and sauces but every place I've been to the subway chicks dish out the worst service and just rush me so I end up getting the same thing every time.

Lunch: Footlong wheat bread Tuna, swiss cheese, not toasted, L+T, olives, pickles, pepper, sauce varies on mood.

Dinner: Wheat bread meatball, toasted with english cheese, L+T, olives pickles, pepper, BBQ sauce.

Have it about 5 times a week, never stray from this.

My favourite go to sub is a toasted BMT with herbs & cheese bread, swiss cheese and thousand island sauce.

Also don't mind a Chicken Teriyaki sub with honey oat bread and sweet onion sauce or a Steak and Cheese sub with herbs and cheese bread and chipotle sauce.

Only salads I get are lettuce, tomato and onion and I never get salt or pepper.
