With Dr Gero unlikely to take the reigns, the future leadership role at the bears will likely fall to someone far less experienced out of pure desperation. Despite all his pissing and moaning Cadaver is seen by some as a bit of a sook and not ready to take on such a prestigious position. He also lacks in the popularity stakes as proven by his second place in the EKA medal to team mate and perennial over achiever Barrybran

In one last cruel mix of fate and irony Barrybran wiil become the captain of the Gumbies next season and JoshWoodenSpoon will once again prove why he is the best in the business and overlook Cadaver ,not just for the laughs (although they will be magnificent) but the betterment of his team.
