Did Baker use the "missing out on the first game as official captain of my boyhood club is terrible for my mental health" card?

Think a week was fine and not going to melt necessarily over missing the first game as captain.

However could see it being the most us thing ever if Duggan is demoted to Vice, then ends up captaining the first game - something about that just would feel like a continuation of the last few years symbolically. Let Snake take the C to start off our season IMO.
