But compared to the western bloodshed in the middle east in the last 20 yrs. What's he done wrong in Syia?

He hasn't done a lot wrong in Syria, outside of backing their own interesting, outside of that them meddling in CIS and Eastern europe has cause a lot of damage. If Assange had the balls to publish all cables on Kremlin the truth would hve been clear, but he withheld all cables on Russia, specially in Ukraine, while he kept publishing the US one.
