I'm relatively new to Vic, but the road idea seemed to have plenty of merit, granted I haven't really bothered to look into it all that much.

What I hate about all politics these days, it's like too little kid fighting, if one has a good idea that suits EVERYONE, the other will disagree and argue purely for the fact it came from the other party, this happens from every political party, state and national, they are like little children
