I work next to a Coles and every single day a car full of Chinese roll up early in the morning.
One goes in and buys 2 tubs of baby formula, goes back to the car then the next one goes in and gets 2 until they’ve all got their maximum for the day then I imagine they go on to the next supermarket then they sell for big profit.
This can be nothing but bad

Well as you know, I am a trenchant critic of the worrying half-hat epidemic, that includes our dual premiership coach as one of it's victims, but I'm not sure about these high-hats you speak of. Are these people secretly wishing to be chefs? Or possibly they pine for Victorian London when the topper was worn with distinction among the brunchers of the time.

Perhaps the half hat is some type of mutant strain of HHS. It does make perfect sense that someone with HHS May attempt to hide the affliction by reducing the top-bulk of their hat, thus reducing the appearance of wearing it high on their skull. The Victorian topper was indeed a fine hat, and I certainly would not blame someone for wanting to recreate such fashion wizardry so also plausible. One might say the perfect hat for a delicious meal post-breakfast, but pre-lunch
