That's the trouble, it's not about Jake King the man and his past, as people are wanting to take that direction, it's about a bloke called Jake who has had his business close and is unable to visit family, and concerned about the implications not only for him but other family member, friends and Victorians in general

What he was trying to say most likely was that the response is disproportionate , basically everyone suffers because a minority gets effected. Hence we need a better solution to this not just strict lockdowns or let it rip. Though the facts are it is mostly old sick people and the fact of the matter is we shouldn't even be going near them if we are sick with anything in the first place

A government with that many resources at their helm should be able t get through this without a wuhan style lockdown for months that cripples almost everyone. I doubt the lupus lady has ever seen a person in public without a mask concidering Melb are in lockdown and they're mandatory, and she should only be out in an emergency like chemo etc.

I'm anti-mask as the science doesn't overwhelmingly support it, but I still religiously wear one when I'm out and about.
