I remember something about the area outside the bedrooms was covered over in concrete but they mentioned under the clothesline as well so could be there?
I think it was the soft soil that was covered in concrete. When the house was extended they didn't add more concrete so possibly some of the concrete area of the soft soil is under the house. I would be guessing that was the noise in the background.

It seems like the dig will struggle to uncover anything, particularly if lime was used to accelerate decomposition (as per what the Simms family were told).

With so many changes in ownership and renovations, it seems every chance the soil will have been contaminated/removed at some point.

The good news is that the NSW DPP is now saying a body is not necessarily critical to a murder charge being made.
