Reckon we have a beauty on our hands here.

City the favourites but Klopp’s final season definitely adds some extra spice to it. Arsenal are a fantastic team and should be right amongst it. Not much separating the top three who are the clear standouts this season, however Aston Villa are the dark horse and are still within striking distance.

Would love to see Villa take it out, however that is incredibly unlikely. Pool doing it for Klopp would be epic for their fans. Hopefully it goes down to the wire.

Think we'll be looking more to secure second spot. Reports that Szobooszlai is out for 5-6 weeks. That's a massive blow after we were just getting over an injury crisis.

Haha you’re hilarious. Top of the league but we’re aiming for second because one of our players is out for a few weeks.

Will see how long Salah is out for too. We can handle one of them out ok but both of them is difficult to cover. Hopefully Mo isn't too far away.

With Salah out there is still Nunez, Jota, Diaz and Gakpo to choose from.

With Szoboszlai out there’s still Mac Allister, Jones, Gravenberch, Thiago, Endo and Elliott to choose from.

I hope Pool can push them but City are going to win it again.
Pool are a more likeable team now compared to their title winning side. Maybe it’s because Henderson is gone (never liked him) and they’re meant to be in a transition phase so no one expected them to challenge this season so perhaps they’ve got a bit of underdog about them.

Their midfield has been completely overhauled. Crazy how well Klopp has them playing. Still a bit inconsistent but enough quality in there to mount a challenge.

I also like when players are quickly labeled a flop and the player turns it around. Nunez is doing that now. I rate him highly. Feel like he will absolutely dominate a game soon.

Don't be silly. If you're not aiming for the league you may as well fold the club now.

People overreact to one result. It's the first time Liverpool have been outplayed all season. It's only a month ago that Liverpool beat Arsenal 2-0 without Salah, Szoboszlai or van Djik in the team. They are top of the table and have a relatively easy run of games coming up.

Still too early for title race talk imo.

Over a third of the season still to go. Probably the Liverpool match in March is where I'll start thinking about must wins and things like that.

But even that will depend on results and where everyone is sitting at that point of the season.
