Me either. I was just reading a forum where someone brought up loan rules (amount per year, per league, per club etc) and it makes sense from the point of view QPR would be after Hudd/JJ/Bentley before Townsend. . Well actually, I'd probably rather Townsend than Jenas and Bentley anyway so that point is moot.

Hahahaha, true. I was thinking more about transfers with the future in mind or perhaps a miracle transfer that gives us a tough, no BS midfielder.

So clubs are allowed to loan out 3 players per season (to other PL sides), given that Danny Rose is already at Sunderland and Kane at Norwich?

This is the rule

V.7.5. the maximum number of Temporary Transfers to any one Club registrable in the same Season shall be 4 and in no circumstances shall more than 1 be from the same Transferor Club save there shall be excluded from these numbers any Temporary Transfer of the kind described in V.7.6.1 or V.7.6.2

So no restriction on the players you can loan out, maximum of four players you can loan in but only 1 loan deal between the same clubs.

The two exclusions mentioned are a player who is loaned pending a permanent move, and emergency goalkeeper loans.
