Either he or his agent (can't remember which one) said he has made up his mind as to where he wants to go. That will be either us or Bayern and from memory Bayern said they weren't interested although that doesn't really mean anything. Don' think he's worth 20m + imo epespecially if we are the only club he wants to go to with 12 months on his contract left

He's not on 300k at United but I assume that would be ball-park if a club like PSG was interested
