Our wingers are shit and running up and down for no reason at all. Can't cross, can't get past defenders....nothing. I think Zaha or Isco can help us in this case. Both look good from what i have seen.

I would keep Nani until the end of the season and see if his management and the club can get a deal sorted out with his contract. I think this is effecting his game right now. Because on his day, he is easily world class.

Rio is quite old now and quite slow. Vida's knee sounds like it is hanging by a string. Both United greats but time to move forward and invest in another centre half.

Scholes and Giggs are legends but i think they are past it now for the last 1-2 seasons. Plus to be honest, i think they are stopping us buying other players, especially in central midfield. If they are wise, they should both retire by the end of this season.

I reckon Nani's bags are packed.

IMO it's a combination of 2 things, and I've been saying it for 2 years. Injuries have taken its toll and he has lost his pace, which was one of his strengths. Second, he has confidence issues because his body isn't able to do what he wants.

Rafa would be the best person to get his confidence back but I don't think he'll ever get close to his best due to all those injuries at Liverpool.

Pretty sure Torres did his groin pretty badly a couple of years ago, at Liverpool? Hasn't been the same since, because of what's highlighted. That groin injury has taken his acceleration away from him, which is what used to kill defenders. I'd love nothing more than to see him back to his best as he was fantastic to watch, but sadly, it's unlikely. Might to better with a strike partner than playing solo, but who knows.

On top of Jones and Smalling? I would've thought a quick fix CB like Chelsea picked up with Cahill would've been a better bet for you in that part of the pitch.

Both Jones and Smalling are always injured and when they have played they haven't looked great despite not looking terrible either. Nani does look gone but I still don't think we need anymore wingers. Valencia is good and Young should find form again. Central mids is where we need help. Apart from Carrick and Cleverley we have Scholes who is 38, Giggs who is past it now, Anderson who is depth and Powell who is only a prospect right now. Hope we get Wanyama or Strootman in January.
Rooney is a CAM these days which is interesting because that is Kagawa plays.

We need one more solid young centre back like Hummers, a CM and winger would be nice but not necessary while Nani is still there

Torres scored more goals for us in the 2011 calendar year then he did at Chelsea despite only playing in January before moving.

Maybe.....Depends if there is a buyback clause.

Ronaldo also said that the PL is the best in the world. Anyway I'm well aware that it's unlikely. I just thought it was interesting that player and manager were being very vocal over the last week.
